We arrived in San Diego late so when we woke up Saturday morning we were suprised to find out that we were right across the street from the port. We spend Saturday morning wondering around downtown sighseeing.

Happy Halloween!!

This is what we had planned for tonight....

This is how the evening went instead...

Jacob woke up from his 4+ hour nap grumpy. Poppy came over for dinner and then to go trick or treating with us. Jacob cried when we tried to put his costume on him. He didn't want to have anything to do with it. Then I realized he was running a 101.7 degree fever.

So he had some Tylenol and cuddled up on Poppy's lap instead.

Fall School Pictures

Jacob had Picture Day at school a week or so ago and we picked them up last night. I was surprised that they actually came out pretty good!! (scanning them in made them a bit fuzzy)

Pineville Fall Fest

Today we went to check out Pineville's Fall Fest. The weather could have been better but we had fun!! We saw a fire breather, listened to some music, ate a funnel cake and Jacob rode a few rides!!

Tonight Jacob is going to spend the night with Poppy so Matt & I can go out to dinner and a movie!!

Pumpkin Patch

We took Jacob out to Riverbend Farms yesterday to pick some pumpkins.

He got to sit in a tractor.

They had a ton of slides. This one was a "goat walk" type slide.

Daddy had fun on the slides too!!

Mommy went on some slides too...

Sick again...

I checked on Jacob before I went to bed last night and he was fine. I didn't hear a peep all night. I was shocked to find him covered in vomit this morning when he woke up. It seems he threw up sometime over night then went back to sleep. He was covered head to toe... After a bath and clean jammies we have been very low key today. He seems to be ok so far today- just a bit more tired than normal. We were laying in the guest room watching cartoons this morning and he feel back asleep around 11.

I hope he takes a long much needed nap!!
