Haircut with NO Tears

I took Jacob to get his haircut today. Our last two haircuts consisted of one parent and one girl holding him and one girl giving him a 2 min cut with clippers while he cried his head off.

Today, I tried a different approach. I bribed him. If he didn't cry we could go get a new toy afterwards. He did great!! No tears!! He was very nervous sitting in there but he did great for about 10- 15 minutes. The guy used the clippers on the back and sides and cut the top normal!! I was SO proud of him for being a big boy!!


So as promised... we went to Wal-Mart to pick out a new toy!! He picked a toy to go with his play-doh!! He had fun playing with his new toy tonight after his nap!!
